The Baya hotel - besides being directly on the sea and at the new promenade of Milano Marittima - is located within a ZTL that guarantees greater tranquility and less confusion. Furthermore, the hotel is really just a few steps away from the center of Milano Marittima and the I Maggio roundabout, the beating heart of our town with its fashionable shops and its most glamorous clubs.
2. PARKING
The Baya hotel has ample parking for all the cars of its customers, always free and usable. For the more demanding, the hotel has covered parking spaces and video surveillance
3. POOL & TENNIS
The Baya hotel has a large garden of over 6.000 square meters where you will find two swimming pools, a semi-Olympic one and a smaller one for children, a large solarium with an American bar, an indoor area where we periodically offer an aperitif and two tennis courts.
