When you wake up, do you want to go out onto the balcony, kissed by the first rays of the morning sun and breathe in the scent of the sea? Hear the sound of the waves gently lapping against the sand?
Hotel Baya is located directly on the sea and on the new promenade that connects Milano Marittima to Cervia; everything is just a few steps away! You will find two swimming pools, two tennis courts and a padel court in a green garden of over 6,000 square metres, unique for its beauty; "Primo Maggio" round, the heart of Milano Marittima, is just 300 metres away. You can leave your car in our large car park, you will never use it again during your stay!
For your relaxation you will find a wellness area equipped with a cervical waterfall and several hydromassages and a solarium where you can relax or enjoy a cocktail in the sun. For children, the hotel offers a new play area with water slides and water fountains!

About us
Once upon a time in Hotel Baya
Only recently I had a pleasure to stay in Hotel Baya in Milano Marittima which is situated right beside the beach. I cannot express enough how amazing my stay was! Beautiful clean and modern room with a sea view from which I had a chance to admire breathtaking sunrise; outdoor swimming pool and tennis court; restaurant with delicious italian meals served daily and of course very welcoming and helpful staff. Spending all days relaxing in the sun by the pool, walking on the beach or exploring local shops as well as very friendly staff of Hotel Baya has made our stay very relaxing and unforgettable. I will definitely be coming back next May

Fantastic place
Gorgeous place. The staff were really helpful, especially the husband-and-wife management team. The breakfast was nice and atmospheric. There were some fantastic restaurants across the road. The hotel even provided me with a free bicycle for the day. I loved staying here

Our italian holidays
We rested with a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Our family was very pleased with the rest in the hotel Baya Strand .Everything was great: service, cleanliness, location. But most of all we appreciated the work of the hotel's chefs. Food was above all praise - seafood, fish, meat cooked very tasty We thank Luka, the owner and manager of the hotel and his wife Isabella for the excellent attitude and willingness to help in everything.

A lovely friendly hotel with good amenities
We stayed at the Hotel Baya for a week in June. The bedroom was modern, clean and with all the facilities for a comfortable stay. The public areas of the hotel are clean and well maintained, the 1st floor restaurant is spacious, overlooking the beach. The food is very good, benefitting from having a menu to choose from the day before. Forgetting our choices was always easy for us though 😊 The hotel has a private pool in a garden area, again, very clean, with plenty of sun beds. The sand beach is just a minutes walk It's a lovely hotel for couples or families, the friendliness of the staff adds to its charm Defiantly a hotel to recommend and revisit!

Excellent hotel, perfect owners
Hotel staff are very friendly and cared about how your stay was. They catered for my partners food allergies with ease and were so helpful throughout our stay. Even supporting and tracking while we were racing the ironman. We will return for sure. Thank you for a great stay :-)

A happy stay
Despite not very good weather we felt at home and comfortable. Excellent food, service, good wine list. Very friendly staff. Luca, our host, put on extra activities to make up for the missing sun. Great location and we will return.
