Upon booking, the following hotel contract is considered accepted and concluded subject to the following conditions:

1. Confirmatory Deposit - unless otherwise specified, a deposit of € 500.00 or 30% of the total amount of the stay is required to secure the booking; written confirmation sent by paper letter or e-mail specifying the dates of arrival and departure, your details, including address and telephone number and the approximate time of arrival is also required.
2. Non-fulfilment by the client - if the client withdraws from the contract within 60 days, the hotel will retain the amount paid as a deposit, without prejudice to any greater damages. In the event of early departure, the hotel shall be entitled to payment of the agreed amount for the entire stay, unless other and subsequent agreements have been made with the hotelier, especially in the event of force majeure.
3. Non-performance of the hotel - if the hotelier is unable to provide the confirmed accommodation services, the hotel must return double the deposit received, if the customer does not agree to be relocated to an accommodation of the same or higher category. In the event of relocation, the costs of transfer to another establishment and any difference in the price of the accommodation shall be borne by the hotelier who was unable to provide the confirmed services.
4. Time of arrival and departure - the hotel room is made available to the customer from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by the customer no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. Unless otherwise agreed, the full board service begins with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. Missed meals are not reimbursed.
5. Dispute settlement clause - all disputes arising from this contract will be referred to the conciliation service of the Ravenna Chamber of Commerce and resolved in accordance with the conciliation regulations adopted by the latter. In the event of failure of the conciliation attempt, the parties shall be free to refer the dispute to the ordinary judicial authority competent at the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, pursuant to Article 33, paragraph 2, letter u) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.

For anything not expressly agreed, this contract is governed by the provisions of the Civil Code on contracts in general.
